Arriva la Spectro!

Intravista dal “vivo” nei giorni scorsi negli high light provenienti dal boot Düsseldorf 2024… stamattina la Spectro viene lanciata ufficialmente dal sito GunSails tra le nuove vele della stagione 2024!
Si tratta della vela che per ora si affianca a due blasonate vele come la Exceed e la Vector che probabilmente usciranno di scena la prossima stagione, visto che attualmente sono sempre disponibili nella gamma 2024 della veleria tedesca.

La Spectro addotta la configurazione a 2 cam e combina le migliori caratteristiche freeride sportive dell’Exceed con  le doti puramente freerace della  Vector… presentandosi con uno shape a sei stecche nelle misure piccole (5.5, 6.3, 7,0) e a sette in quelle più grandi (7.8, 8.5, 9.5).

With its 2-camber design, the SPECTRO is the essence of an uncomplicated but powerful early planing sail that combines top speed with effortless control. The cross batten configuration changes according to the size of the sail. Up to 7.0 square meters, 6 battens with 5 tubes are installed for maximum control. From 7.8 m², the 7/6 arrangement ensures increased profile stability and aerodynamics. The camber setup provides for an RDM mast for sizes 5.5 and 6.3, from 7.0 the SDM mast is used. Of course, this configuration can also be changed by changing the camber set.
